At this time, BATTER'S WAREHOUSE.COM ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska &Hawaii. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Your order will ship usually within 1 - 3 business days from the time it was placed. In the event your order cannot be filled you will be notified so that you may decide to leave an item on backorder or cancel your order for a full refund.

- Warranties

All bats have a 1-year warranty (400 days in some cases) with the manufacturer unless they are offered by us as a non warranty bat. All warranty claims are to be handled directly with the manufacturer. Please have this original receipt when calling the manufacturer.

Your satisfaction with our products is our greatest concern. If you purchased your product through BATTER'S WAREHOUSE.COM and need to return it for any reason please call (815) 370-9425 for a RMA #.
RETURNS FOR CREDIT: Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The item(s) must be unused and still in the original packaging.
All returns for non-quality issues (didn’t like the color, wrong sizes ordered, etc.) are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible). We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries, so please send the package freight prepaid. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service, such as UPS or U.S. Priority Mail.
EXCHANGES: The item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping in both directions. Call BATTER'S WAREHOUSE.COM at (815) 370-9425 first to set up the exchange.
